Kids 3 to 5
Class:kindergarten and pre-school
From an early age, developing a basic understanding of proper etiquette and communication skills is essential. Through simple Aikido movements, games, and exercises, this class helps young children not only build fundamental motor skills but also gain the confidence needed to thrive during their first years of preschool or kindergarten.

Family
Class : parents and their kids
A class designed for kids and their parents—though it often starts with the children, it’s not long before the parents are hooked too! Aikido, meaning “the way of harmony,” offers a unique opportunity to strengthen family bonds while simultaneously training the mind, body, and spirit. What better way to grow together than through shared movement, mutual respect, and joyful learning?

Kids 6 to 13
Class : elementary students
With no competitive aspect in Aikido, students focus not on winning or losing, but on cultivating self-control and self-confidence. Boys and girls of all backgrounds, from 1st to 6th grade, train together—developing communication skills and a deep understanding of respect and etiquette. The class curriculum not only builds character but also enhances concentration, coordination, and correct posture through the practice of Aikido’s fundamental movements and techniques.

Students
Class:high school and junior-high
This is an advanced class designed for physically active junior high and high school students. In addition to basic movements and techniques, training includes free techniques, self-defense applications, weapons techniques, advanced variations, and instructional methods. Through this comprehensive practice, students not only elevate their Aikido skills but also cultivate mental discipline and resilience.

Adults
Class:adults junior-high and above
Aikido does not rely on physical strength or speed. Instead, it uses correct posture, timing, and connection to redirect an aggressor’s energy. As a result, people of all ages and fitness levels can benefit from practicing this martial art. Students train in an energetic, fun, and friendly atmosphere. With no competitions and no need for intense or strenuous training, Aikido emphasizes personal development across many areas—including confidence, coordination, and emotional awareness.

Senior
Class:over 60 years of age
Stay fit with basic Aikido training at your own pace, alongside others in the same age group. This class focuses on Aikido’s fundamental movements and techniques to help improve posture, boost cardiovascular health, enhance flexibility, and strengthen core muscles—all in a supportive and engaging environment.
